• Subscription Assignment Failure: If the purchased subscription is not assigned to your account within the expiration date from your date of purchase.
• Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally paid twice for the same subscription.

General Non-Refundability

Under any other circumstance, we will not consider any requests for a refund, as this is a digital subscription purchase. Once access to the content is granted, the service is considered consumed.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Timelines

In case of eligible refunds:
